Aaron Bransky concentrates in estate planning, elder law, medical assistance planning, trusts, and probate. He also practices in other areas including business and real estate.

Before entering private practice in Duluth, Aaron was a law clerk for two Federal Judges: Senior Circuit Judge Gerald W. Heaney of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit, and Senior District Court Judge Harold A. Baker of the Central District of Illinois.

Aaron is married with two grown children and has been active in community activities, including service as a board member of the following organizations: Duluth Transit Authority, St. Ann’s Home, the Lake Superior Chamber Orchestra, the 11th District Bar Association, and the Arrowhead Estate Planning Council.

Aaron’s professional affiliations include memberships in the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the Minnesota State Bar Association, the 11th District Bar Association, the Wisconsin State Bar Association, and the Arrowhead Estate Planning Council.
